DELIVERY
• All mailing and delivery services are applicable within Singapore. We currently do not handle International deliveries.
• Your item(s) will be mailed within 5 working days from your date of order.
• For delivery of equipment or bulky items, our customer care team will be in contact with you within 1 working day to arrange an appropriate delivery time slot with you.In the event of not receiving our call, please contact our customer care hotline at +65 6391 3333.
• There will be a flat charge of $5.00 for any purchase less than $100.
RETURNS
My product is faulty, what should I do?
•Should you experience any problems with your product, please contact our Customer CareTeam who will work hard to resolve the problem and without having you to return the product.
•Unfortunately this is not applicable to items for consumption or are perishable (eg. Supplements).
•In any situation, where you find a need to return the item, you mayvisit our head office with your product. Just remember to include a copy of the order invoice or documentation which clearly states the order number, together with your particulars with the item(s) returned. Our address is:

EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow the exchange of goods within 7 working days with no additional costsincurred for:
a. Goods that are spoilt or defect.
b. Products received that are incorrectbased on your order.
c. Products accompanied with an original invoice.
d. Products presentedwith a copy of our email with the Order No.
The following items are not non-exchangeable:
1. Products to be used on/for skin and hair (due to hygiene reasons).
2. Items bought at promotional prices.
3. Misdelivered items or items wrongly ordered by customer. (We expect immediate notification if you realize that you purchased the wrong item).
WARRANTY
Only Slendertone, Rio Beauty, no! no! andAIBI gym equipment and products are covered under local warranty unless otherwisestated. Accessories of products are entitled up to 30 days warranty. Do note that we do not issue warranty cards. However,your account details are safely recorded into our system for warranty coverage.
