Delivery Limitations in Singapore
3. Invalid addresses or addresses such as army camps, air force and navalbases,air freight centres, ports, terminals, wharves, PO Boxes, Jurong Island and similar places of such may be rejectedunderDealWellness.com’sabsolute discretion.
Acceptance of order
4.The receipt of an e-mail order invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit and/or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We mayalso require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.
Payment Processing
5. We accept Paypal, Credit Card& Instalmentpayments (UOB Customers).
6. We ensure complete accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
7. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted by the customer.
8. We will provide refunds if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
Confirmation of Orders
9. We will send a computer-generated invoice to the customer within 1 hour upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange Policy
10. All products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:
A. Products are sold or defect
B. There is an original invoice.
C. There is a copy of our email with the Order No.
D. It’s not the product that you order
11. The following items are not exchangeable:
A. Items bought at promotional prices.
B. Products to be used on/for skin and hair, eg. colouring cream (due to hygiene reasons).
C. Items not in the original resalable conditions.

In the event where a product is priced wrongly or graphically represented incorrectly, DealWellness.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.
Every order is a legal binding contract. You are reminded of your legal obligation to complete your purchase according to our Terms & Conditions. Fraudulent orders will be compiled and appropriate legal actions will be undertaken. Defaulters, ie customers who placed orders but later fail to make good the acceptance of our offer to sell our goods and services will be compiled and appropriate legal actions will be undertaken.
