Can I shave and use no!no! Hair at the same time?
You can shave and no!no! Hair at the same time, but this will affect results and how quickly you can achieve hair reduction. If you continue to shave, wait for 1mm of hair regrowth before using no!no! Hair. It is best to shave after a no!no! Hair treatment, not before.

Can no!no! Hair be used on long hair?
Yes, but it may take more time to treat the hair.

Does no!no! Hair work on coarse or thick hair?
no!no! Hair works just as well on thick, coarse hair as it does on thin. However, because of the nature of coarse hair, results may take a bit longer to become noticeable.

Will I have to use it 2-3 times a week forever?
No. We recommend using no!no! Hair 2-3 times a week during the initial stages (2-3 months) of use. With time, you will need to use it less often.

Skin and hair are dynamic and ever-changing. Therefore you don't really finish no!no! Hair treatments. What you will do is reduce usage per week and month.

How long do results last?
After 3-5 months of no treatments, hair growth might return to pre-treatment patterns. You can easily maintain results with continued use of no!no! Hair.

Is the no!no! Hair treatment likely to lead to a permanent hair removal?
There is no such thing as PERMANENT hair removal (with the exception of electrolysis).

Can guys use no!no! Hair?
no!no! Hair can be used by both men and women.

Can I use it for hormonal hair growth?
no!no! Hair will remove hair, but you may not get the same lasting results as when treating regular hair growth. In cases of hormonal hair growth, please consult your physician.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Your no!no! Hair warranty lasts for one year on parts and service only.

EVERYDAY USE QUESTIONS

How do I do a no!no! Hair treatment?
Glide the no!no! Hair at a steady pace across your skin in a smooth steady motion without stopping. Glide it towards your body and/or against hair growth. The blue light should remain steady. This lets you know you are gliding at the proper pace for the best results. For example, when treating your arms, start at your wrist and pull it towards your elbow in one steady, smooth motion, making sure the blue light stays lit.

When you finish each section, use the Buffer to exfoliate your skin and remove treated hair to leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. Buff in a firm circular motion the areas that you have just treated. When you have finished buffing, moisturize your skin with no!no! Smooth™ or other non-astringent cream.

What preparation is necessary before I use no!no! Hair?
Just make sure your skin is completely clean and dry before you begin treatment.

When should I charge my no!no! Hair?
Charge your no!no! Hair completely (4-6 hours or overnight) before you use it for the first time. Check your status screen. Recharging is necessary when the empty battery icon is visible and/or the red signal light flickers.

Can I use no!no! Hair while it is charging?
After the initial charge, you may use no!no! Hair while it is plugged in.

Why do I need to Buff?
Buffing is an essential part of the no!no! Hair treatment. It exfoliates the skin and removes crystallized, treated hair for a smooth finish. Without proper buffing, skin may feel rough and stubbly.

How often should I no!no!?
We recommend you use no!no! Hair 2-3 times a week for the first 4-6 weeks. After that, use only when necessary.

Can I use it everyday?
We do not recommend using no!no! Hair every day. Hair regrowth will not be sufficient for a successful treatment (1mm minimum length). You will only use up your Thermicon™ Tips and have to replace them more often. We recommend you wait for at least stublble to show before doing a no!no! treatment.

Why does it smell?
no!no! Hair uses Thermicon™, a heat-based technology that singes the hair down below the skin. The smell of burning hair lets you know that no!no! Hair is doing its job. As you continue with the no!no! Hair treatment and less hair grows back, the smell will also lessen.

What can I do about the smell?
Although the smell of a no!no! Hair treatment is not pleasant, it is a sign that it is working properly! Try aromatic candles or potpourri to help cover the smell. Applying no!no! Smooth skin lotion after use will not only keep skin moisturized and smooth, it will also help to mask the unpleasant burnt hair smell.

Why can't I use the narrow Thermicon™ Tips on the genitals or breasts?
These areas of the body are either curvy and/or have delicate skin, making it difficult to no!no! 100% safely. We do not recommend using no!no! Hair in these areas because we consider your safety to be of the first priority.

How long should hair be for a no!no! Hair treatment?
For best results, hair should be between1-3mm long (stubble length).

How do I know which Thermicon™ Tip should I use?
Use the standard Thermicon™ Tips that come with your no!no! for large, flat areas like the legs, arms, back and chest.

Use the Thermicon™ Tips for Small & Sensitive Area are for treating small, curved and sensitive areas( like the face, underarms, knees, elbows and bikini line.

How do I know which Treatment Level should I use?
Always start with the lowest treatment level, treat a small section and wait a few minutes. Adjust the Treatment Level until it is comfortable for you.

How do I treat curved areas like the elbows, knees and underarms?
When you glide over those areas, follow the natural curve of the body. You might need to hold the area tight to make sure no!no! Hair is in contact with your skin.

Not all of my hair is treated after one pass, what should I do?
You may need to go over certain areas a few times to catch every hair. But don't overdo it. After 3-4 passes, take a break and work somewhere else. After your skin has had a few minutes to rest, return to that area to finish the job.

When first starting, some people use a razor after a no!no! Hair treatment to further remove untreated hair. After a short time, this should no longer be necessary.

Why don't I see less hair after using it for a week or two?
no!no! Hair takes time and patience. Hair does not all grow in the same place at the same time.

What is the best way to treat facial hair?

• Start with the lowest Treatment Level. Raise the Treatment Level until you reach the highest level without feeling uncomfortable.
• Hold the area tight to make sure no!no! Hair is in contact with your skin.
• Press lightly against the skin. Avoid excess pressure.

I would prefer not to use the Buffer on my face, what should I do instead?
If you choose not to use the Buffer, use an exfoliating cream to remove crystallized hair.

Is it okay to use lotion directly after a no!no! treatment, or should I wait?
It is highly recommended to use an alcohol-free, moisturizing lotion directly after treatment, such as no!no! Smooth.

What do I do if the red light turns on during treatment?
The red light will turn on if you are not gliding properly. This is a built-in safeguard to ensure proper treatment. Turn the unit off and then back on. Now, begin treatment again, making sure you glide in one smooth, non-stop motion.

What do I do if no!no! Hair does not start when I glide it on my skin?
Reset the unit by turning it OFF and then on. You may need to hold the button down for a few seconds. Now, begin treatment again, making sure that when you glide, the Blue Light is continuously ON and does not flicker. If it does, slightly increase the gliding speed until the Blue Light is steady. If it is turned on properly and still does not start, check the Thermicon™ Tip status from the Status Screen. You probably need to replace the Thermicon™ Tip.

Can I use no!no! Hair if I have a pacemaker?
Yes, no!no! does not generate any electric current to the body, nor does it create any other Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI). no!no! Hair has gone tests in order to make sure it does not interfere with the operation of other devices, including pacemakers.
